Founded in 1994 there are two( 2) factories for Zibo Boda Steel Silo Co., Ltd. One is located in Zichuan district of Zibo city, Shandong Province, which factory mainly produces accessories, while the other factory which lies in Zhangdian Economic and Development Zone is specalized in manufacturing steel silos. Boda comapy covers an area of 40000m2 and the workhouses are taken up 20000m2.Now there are 280 existing staff, meanwhile, the number of engineers are accounted for 15% .
We are professional manufacturer in producing assembly corrugated silos and accessories. Also have we got the right to import and export by ourselves and ISO Quality Management System Certificate. A variety of specifications of steel silo projects can be offered by us, they are including foundation design, steel structure design and production, lifting system, conveying system, cleaning system, drying system, fluidization system, temperature system, full measuring system, fumigation system, ventilation system, automatic controlling system and other professional services in installing or debugging for silos and handling equipments. Boda company can manufacture kinds of steel silos in the form of flat-bottom or conical-bottom ( both are available to the customers' demanding and drawings) , the siloâ € ™ s diameter ranges from1.8 to 32 meters and the capacities are from 5 to 10000 tons per storage bin. Meanwhile, we can also produce handling equipments, such as bucket elevators, drag conveyors, belt conveyors and so on, the capacities of which can be done from 15 to 200t/ h. Boda steel silo series are widely used in various industrial lines such as grain depot, flour, starch, oil, feed, alcohol, wine, seed, port, farm, plastic pellet, cement, coal ash, chemistry and so on, which are the very equipments for storage of granular and powder materials.
The company has a group of experienced senior engineers and technicians. The steel silo series are all specially designed by senior engineers in our company, equipped with the most advanced computer-aided design and structural design of silo technology. The products are designed comply with the national standard of GB50322-2001, also does the quality comply with Peopleâ € ™ s Republic of China agricultural industry standards NY/ T 647-2002.Our products are made of high-quality galvanized sheet, which make the life cycle of silos can come up to 30-50years long.
Company' s existing equipment: there are the following equipments for body sheet processing - bending machine, roller 16 in conjunction hit machine, CNC punching machine, and arc machine for pipelined operation, which are occupying the domestic advanced level. Roof plate and conical bottom plate all use CNC punching machine for punching. Such machine is quite accurate and helps much on the installation quality. Processing equipment for handling equipments include: lathes, milling machine, planer, grinding machine, punching machine, shearing machine, bending machine and so on, which are fully equipped with food processing machinery industry-leading level.
Our activities also cover installation. The company has dedicated professional engineering team and there are installation engineers and technicians, security supervisors, quality inspectors in each team; Two ( 2) forms of installation are for your reference both in domestic and foreign. For one thing, we are in charge of the whole project ( turnkey project) , for the other, we are to guide the installation. That is Boda company will send 1-2 engineering and technical personnel on-site for guidance, so the user shall install silos by themselves using the installation tool user-owned.
